KSeF in Business Central – a practical demo of Companial’s Localization for Poland

KSeF: brief context at the beginning of 2026 At the start of 2026, KSeF in Poland becomes an operational reality. Recent regulatory and technical decisions have shifted the discussion from if to how KSeF must function inside ERP systems. For Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central partners, KSeF is no longer just a compliance or integration topic. It directly affects daily financial processes: from document handling and posting logic to accounting consistency and VAT reporting in Business Central. There are still areas of ambiguity and edge cases, but it is the ERP system that must ultimately handle them in an operational and predictable way. The real challenge is no longer the connection and communication with the service, but architecture: how well KSeF is embedded into standard Business Central processes and how maintainable that solution will be over time. KSeF as part of Companial’s Localization for Poland KSeF support in Companial has been designed as an integral part of Companial’s Localization for Poland, not as a separate add‑on or an external integration. In practice, this means that the solution does not require an additional license nor will any fees be charged for using it. Companial’s Localization for Poland is provided completely free of charge for partners who purchase Business Central from Companial. It will remain this way also after adding KSeF to it. The functionality is built on standard e‑Documents in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Basing KSeF handling on e‑Documents is a deliberate design decision. From an implementation perspective, this approach offers: use of well‑known and supported Business Central mechanisms, fewer custom extensions, greater predictability when applying system updates and upgrades. This does not remove all challenges related to KSeF, but it allows them to be handled within the Business Central standard, rather than introducing parallel logic outside the system. What we will show during the webinar The webinar is designed as a hands‑on demo and is aimed at Business Central implementation partners. We will focus on practical work with the system, including: configuration of KSeF in the Companial Polish Localization, preparation of documents for submission to KSeF, sending documents and handling them after submission, managing statuses, errors and re‑submissions, QR code generation scenarios. We will not discuss regulations in isolation from the system. Every topic will be demonstrated directly in Business Central, using the available functionality of Companial’s Localization for Poland. The session will conclude with a Q&A, providing an opportunity to discuss specific implementation scenarios. Who should attend This webinar is primarily intended for: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation partners in Poland, functional and technical consultants, professionals responsible for finance and localization topics in Business Central projects, anyone interested in handling KSeF within an ERP system. This is not an end‑user training or a legal overview of KSeF regulations. The goal is to show how KSeF can be handled in Business Central using Companial’s Localization for Poland.
